Aveloris ("we," "us," "our") is a Canadian AI automation consultancy. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal information submitted through the waitlist form on this website, in line with Canadian privacy principles under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: first name, business name, email address, business type, location, a short description of a business process you'd like improved, optional selections describing what takes the most time in your business, and whether you consent to receive occasional marketing insights.
Why we collect it
- To evaluate fit for early access to complimentary workflow reviews.
- To contact you about your waitlist status and relevant program updates.
- To understand, in aggregate, the kinds of business processes small businesses want improved, so we can build more useful services.
- To send occasional practical AI and automation insights — only if you've separately checked the marketing-insights consent box.
Consent is separate and specific. Submitting the waitlist form only registers your interest in early access. Marketing insight emails are only sent if you've checked the clearly separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
How we retain and protect information
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection where the site is hosted publicly. We retain waitlist information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist and early-access program, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. We take reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
Unsubscribe and data requests
You can withdraw marketing consent or ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@aveloris.ca (placeholder contact). Marketing emails, once introduced, will also include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in every message.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share waitlist information with third parties except where required to operate core business functions (for example, secure form or email delivery tools) or where required by law.
